How to get support
Email booking@parallel-duo.com with your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, ScoreFlow version, and a short description of the issue. If the issue involves a PDF, please describe how the file was created or exported.
Response expectation
We usually review support requests within 2 business days. Complex PDF import cases may take longer if we need to reproduce the issue.
PDF Import
Troubleshooting score imports.
Most import issues come from damaged files, restricted PDFs, or very large scanned documents. These quick checks solve the common cases.
Local Data
Storage, reset, and privacy.
Local storage
ScoreFlow MVP stores scores, annotations, and app data locally on your device. It does not use accounts, backend storage, or cloud sync.
Data reset
To reset local app data, delete the app from your device and reinstall it. This removes locally stored ScoreFlow data, so export or back up important scores first.
